Hostellerie du Cerf, a haven of tranquillity and culinary delights, set amidst the luscious pine forests of greater Bouillon nature reserve, in the heart of the Ardennes.

Bart  owns and operates this rustic country inn, situated just 9km outside of Bouillon.

Each room has a unique personality, and all rooms have private bathrooms and WC, IDD telephone and colour television.

Behind the hotel, you will find a quaint and commodious garden, where you can enjoy lounging in a comfortable chair with a long drink, play some volleyball / badminton or pétanque, finally read that book, or simply be one with nature.

With a blend of local and international ingredients, Bart prepares scrumptious dishes, which can be enjoyed in the charming dining room, where he takes care of all your requirements.

During the summer months, you can delight in the expansive BBQ that is regularly served on the terrace.

The winter months bring on the game season and consummate gourmet weekends.
